And then there were none

I would have to say my prognostications for this year’s NCAA Tournament were the worst ever. Who would’ve thunk that of all the Divsion I schools in the nation, George Mason would be one of the Final Four? (Looking at the overall leader in Yahoo’s contest, one Tim McKenna certainly did, as he has all four correct.) But consider for a moment who George Mason had to beat to get to this point, and you could only conclude that they’re the hottest team out there right now. Granted I haven’t seen the games they’ve played so far, but the other three teams have to be worried right now. I’m definitely going to pull for this team, because a George Mason championship just might teach the world (particularly those in charge of the Division I-A football “postseason”) something.
