Tom Acitelli crafts quite a tale when it comes to the history of American craft beer. Much attention is paid to the early years of the movement, and the people documented have such interesting back stories. The craft beer movement is explicitly tied to the Slow Food movement masterfully. And as any good history would have, we also hear what Big Beer does throughout the same time. Any fan of craft beer or of business history in general will find this an excellent read, although the constant jumps from each particular story may not be for everyone. But the important developments of the movement are well-represented.
